Barker Implement and A & M Green Power have announced the agreement to merge two of Iowa’s premier John Deere dealers. The merger will create a company well positioned to bring next generation solutions to its customers. AgriVision will combine a variety of products, technologies and services to create a valued customer solution.

Barker Implement was established in Lenox, Iowa starting in 1936. In 1991 the expansion of Barker Implement began and today has 8 John Deere stores serving southern Iowa and northern Missouri. Barker Implement’s commitment to the community and customer service has made them a leader in adapting to the ever changing agricultural needs.
About A & M Green Power: A&M Green Power was formed in June 2006 with the merger of two of the area’s oldest and largest family-owned John Deere dealerships: Athen Implement and Macedonia Implement. Jeremy Ostrander was an integral member in the merger, which later included McCunn Implement. A&M Green Power built their reputation on genuine customer service and innovative technology.
The combined company’s management team will look to the experienced group of leaders from both companies. AgriVision will be able to serve their customers and partners throughout Iowa, Missouri, and Nebraska in 13 store locations. These locations will be servicing their customers in; Lenox, Creston, Clarinda, Winterset, Indianola, Knoxville, Albia, Leon, Massena, Red Oak, Hamburg, Macedonia, and Glenwood.
